oil pressure senor relocation/size problem

My current oil pressure sensor on my 91 Z is a manual sensor where it goes in the block and converts to electric at the other end. When I tried to move it from above the oil filter to the back of the block, the threaded hole in the block is a little smaller and the threading is different. Is there a oil pressure sensor that I can but that will replace the setup I have now so it will fit in the back of the block? I know I cant be the only 3rd gen guy with this prob.
Thanks
Mike

I have a manual gauge, but it's in the engine bay, see picture at this post https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...anifold+block.

Which hole in the back of the block did you try to use?

So you mean the one at the top of the block near the distributor?
