What temperature stat?

Hey there guys...I want to know what temp thermostat you guys would recommend for my engine.

It's the 330hp vortec 350 motor w/ a 600holley. I've got a stock radiator and a single electric fan (I'll get the dual fans later on, when I can afford them).

So, what would you guys recommend? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike

I'd recommend 180, then again, I'm not the brightest in the book when it comes to this subject.

this is really a up in the air topic, alot say run a 160 and that will make more power, and others say rung a 210, i usally just run a 180-190 and i dont have any problems, i've see a few get overheating problems with the 160's but really i'd just get whatever its soppost to have stock and run with it.
