Rough riding

Today I was on my way into work. I saw a couple signs that said left lane closed, so I merged in the right lane. I saw the barrels/cones up ahead, and slowed down slightly. Just as I saw what was ahead, it was too late. They had tore up the asphalt to repave around the RR tracks. I hit the tracks at about 45-50 mph(speed limmit 55mph). My crossmember hit the RR track and the front end caught air. When I cam down the crossmember bottomed out.
Now I am sitting at work, and my Camaro is not running too well. She sounds like she is out of time, and has bad exhaust leaks. When I rev the engine to about 3k real quick, she makes a noise kinda like a sharp clunk.
I have looked at the undercarriage, and I can see where the crossmember hit, and there is no fluids leaking. I do see that the Y-pipe took some beating too as it is a little crushed in.
Any ideas as to what is causing the problem? My brother suggested the harmonic balancer.

Everything. Balancer, trans mount, driveshaft and pinion angle, dents in the oil and trans pans, crushed exhaust, whatever you can inspect when you get it up in the air.

Well I do know that the y-pipe is banged up a bit. The oil and tranny pan is fine. no dents.
The only thing that I can physically find that is damaged is the crossmember, and that is only a couple of dents. The balancer is not wobbling.
The motor mounts are fine, but I have not checked the tranny mounts yet.
The motor idles fine, but when I give it gas, it sounds like the timing is off, or some of the cylinders are not firing.
