what is this for?


Its on this side of the engine. Under the drivers side exhaust manifold, to the right (rear of the car) of the motor mount.

Probably the knock sensor. Can't see jack with those pics though.

Cant really tell anything from the pic, but the steering slip yoke is down there, the rubber booted looking thing, and an oil sending unit is further down...but you need a better pic to give us a better idea of what you are talking about.

i just realized i didn't give many details before, this "thing" is connected the the frame (well its looks like that) and it connects to nothing else, i have it outlined in this pic, i realized yall have NO clue what i was talking about, sorry about that, it was hard to get he camera to focus on it, but ill try tomorrow for some more pics. but maybe u can look down in ur engine compartments and see this.
