well i was putting plug wires on, and i moved my dipstick, and didnt move it back, and when i test drove it, oil spewed everywhere, then when i moved it back, it was fine, i didnt even move it that much, how do i tighten it up?

Pull it out and put some silicone rubber on the shaft and refit.
