Im maxing out at 115....88 LO3
Do i just need an upgraded chip ??
how do i remove it ???

There is a tech article in this site on disabling the speed limiter. There's a wire that goes from the VSS to the ECM that lets the ECM know how fast the car is going. You can put a switch on that wire and use it to temporarily open the circuit (making it so the ECM doesn't know how fast the car is going) when you want to go past the 115 MPH pre-set limit.
