Another Temp Question

A few weeks ago I put a post up about my TEMP Gauge. The stupid thing was gettin stuck up on the top part of the gauge. Well I finally got the time to get the pin off the side of the gauge side. Now the stupid thing doesnt move. The pin sits at 0 all the time. The only time I noticed any change was yesterday it went from 0 to maybe 100 degrees and that took about 5 hours of driving (Rochester NY to Trenton NJ) Any one got any ideas? I checked the connection on the block and it was on, and when I checked the pin when I had the gauge out all seemed fine. So I am pretty stumped. Thanks

Do what i did, i replaced the cts connector which is the two wire harness that plugs into the cts on the coolant passover. After i had changed that all was well. My code 15 disappeared and the temperature read correctly. Hope this helps, by the way, a new cts connector runs about 20 dollars at the dealer.
