car died and code 41

Car started fine then, three mins into the drive the radio blinked and shut off, then the stock volt gauge dropped real low and the headlights were on, shut them off. Made it to school. Then it wouldnt start afterwards. Jumped it to get home, no start after sitting again for 4 hours, this time jumping owuld not work.

Engine code 41 came up when it died. Its a weird code I cant really find any info on it. Anyway im charging the battery as i type this gonna reinstall and see if i can start it to test to see if the alt is charging.

I replaced the alt about a month ago. It died that time. THe car has a pass side turnsignal issue where it keeps blowing bulbs and right now its not working or theres no bulb in it, i forget...

Any tips or help on this would be great, esp on code 41.

Code 41 means the computer wasn't seeing the distributor input anymore. May or may not have been related to your low battery problem.
