Usually a late 3rd gen is an L98 if it has a 350 TPI, etc. But my '91 T/A has a 305 TPI and the sticker under the hood says 'LLL'. I wonder what that means. Is it common?

Is that the alpha code on the upper LH corner of the VECI label? It really has little relevance beyond the emissions level.
