hello, i have an 85 trans am 350 TPI and i'm trying to take the fuel rail assembley off i took the fuel line fittings and bracket disconnected the injector wiring harness, cold start valve, and the 4 mounting bolts and the next step in my book saysremove the fuel assembly but it won't come off, i didn't want didn't want yank it out and risk breaking the injectors, and i tried spraying wd40 around the injectors at the manifold, but it's still stuck on, any ideas are greatly appreciated...

 

I just yanked mine and it popped out after a while. I had the same fears of breaking it, but I realized I'm using a new intake and injectors so I didn't care. I didn't do any damage though, just pulled each set of 2 straight out and they popped out.
