Engine: LB9
Transmission: T5
Axle/Gears: 3.42's
help with codes

was driving the car around.. and the SES light came on for the following 2 things...


43. Low voltage at electronic spark timing circuit
46. Fault at vehicle anti-theft sytem OR
Fault at power steering switch

am i dealing with 2 seperate problems... or are these in someway connected to each other?

I doubt they are related. Code 46 is a vats problem. And the code 43 means you could need a new EST.

got it fixed... 46 was an old stored code... and the 43 was from the knock sensor wire shorting out.... re-ran a new wire and its all good!
