No sounds when I turn the key, but there is enough power to operate the radio and fans. Radio is working really wierd, it cuts on and off over and over. If it is a starter connection problem, which Im pretty much know it is, I just don't have any way of fixing it at school so I can't go home for thanksgiving. Argh, any other ideas? All fuses are good.

Check the battery cable connections. All it takes is a 5/16" wrench to work on them, you can get that at Wal-Mart.

I would agree with the above. The same happened to me several times until I discovered the ground to the battery was slightly loose.

They are both good and tight. I have those tools, I managed to jack up the car with a scizzors jack and found that the starter connections are good. When I turn on my stereo it flickers on and off, and my ses light flashes like its losing power. I don't know where a short could be, any other suggestions?

I guess I should add that I have a kill switch on the ignition and a manual fan switch..also i have a radar detecter wired to the ignition. It sort of acts like when I try to start the car with the kill switch active, but the radio kind of bugs me. Door locks don't work and windows are very slow, Im starting to think that it may be the battery.
