Any clues to what poly motor mounts I need for my IROC (LG4)? If you've swapped, what are your impessions?

Use the energy suspention 3-bolt clam shell mount. It is a fun little project if you have a day on your hands. It took me and a buddy a 6-pack and 2hours with the engine out I have heard of it taking many people up to 8 hours to do the swap with the engine in. The only sugestion I have is to put the bolts in the bottom instead of the top.

The mounts work great I had to change the detent cable on the trann and when I unbolted the tranny crossmember the tail of the tranny only droped about one inch. I was impressed with the product the stock mount only takes up about 70% of the bracket and the energy suspention takes up almost all of it.
