What is the firing order for an 89 305 TPI?

18436572 just like every other GM V8.

Thanks, Stephen,

I have worked on cars since the early 70's and the firing order has been 18436572. I felt that it has not changed but I was not sure.

My IROC slipped off of the floor jack and damaged my oil pan. I replaced the pan, but I can not get it to run right. I replaced the distributor as I felt I might have bent it when jacking up the motor. I did remove the cap for clearance prior to jacking up the motor. The distributor turns counter clockwise, right?
