time to beef up the car

time to beef up the car a bit, here are the current mods i have not too many. 86 350 crate motor, edelbrock performer intake, edelbrock 650 carb,ported heads, dynomax headers ( noting behind them ) 160 thermostat, no ac, edelbrock open element, accel supercoil, turbo 350 tranny, 342 limited slip gears and thats about it, everything that i didnt list is stock, gimmie suggestions guys, thax

Beef up the suspension. Good struts and shocks like KYB's, SFC's and LCA's. Perhaps bigger sway bars or even a wonderbar up front
Swap out those crappy old rubber bushings for some good poly stuff. It makes a world of difference in handling and 60ft times.

When you say "crate motor" what do you mean? Hows the cam? If is a standard 350 replacement motor, you could probably benefit from a cam swap. What kind of heads are on the motor(I can only guess with your username)? Swapping these for a nice set of aftermarket heads can make a HUGE difference. Definetly run some exhaust of some kind. Do you have a Y-pipe for the headers? I guess I need more information about your engine.

If you got the GM Goodwrench like I do, be careful about changing the heads or cam to not void the warranty.

it has stock heads and a stock cam. theres no y pipe for those crummy dynomax headers, i was gonna have 1 made because i had no alternative. thanx
