Should I install another O2 bung for tuning?
I'm doing my exhaust right now and adding an oxygen sensor bung would be too hard at the moment (exhaust system is all off the car). I'm going to have it tuned or learn to do tuning in the future, would installing another O2 bung be a wise idea? Like is that with a wideband O2 sensor the best/easiest way to get an accurate tuning.

I believe it is a good idea. Dyno Don installed another O2 bung on my exhaust so that we could run a wide band O2 sensor during the tuning phase.

I figure for $8 I can't go wrong, especially for 30 seconds of labor while the pipes are off. I just didn't know if shops use wideband 02 sensors or what.

Right, for the money you can't go wrong. Your car needs the NB O2 sensor to run then the other bung can be used for the WB O2 sensor for tuning at the same time.

A couple of things to keep in mind when installing the O2 bung.
If the pipes are off the car, you will need to re-install them (at least partially) to see where you can fit the extra O2 sensor. I had a little trouble trying to find a good spot. You will want the sensor mounted so condensation will run out of it and into the pipe. If there's any water inside the sensor and power is applied to the o2 sensors' heater, you'll be looking at buying another wide-band o2 sensor($$$).
I wound-up mounting mine abt 12" fwd of the cat.
Had to massage the passenger floor board a bit to get the sensor installed.
Oh yeah, one more thing. Have an old sensor or a plug screwed into the bung while it's being welded. That will keep the threads clear of any slag from the welding process. Learned that one the hard way!!
