ESC, Knock Sensor, and an Engine Swap

My Formula used to have a 305, now it has a 355. I'm not sure (but I'm going to ask) if the fella who did the xplant swapped in a new 350 knock sensor or ESC. The car runs fine right now, no knock so no problem yet. How critical is it that I get either just the knock sensor or the sensor and a new 350 ESC? I run an MSD6A too, if that matters.

Thanks..
Eric

IIRC, the sensor is the critical part. The ESC module itself is the same. The ESC changed from an external module to being part of the ECM with the change to S/D.
