Hi guys, I know this is a common question, but i'd really like some help selecting a pair of heads. First this is what I have: 350, 5.7 rods, 8.5CR pistons with 72CC chambers, XE262 cam, Performer intake, 650CFM or so QJet, LU5 hood (functional scoop, sorta irrelevant but fun to say ), 700R4 (soon to be rebuilt) and soon to be 3.50+ posi rearend. Okay, this is what I want to do, I would like to get in the low-mid 13's, if this is not possible with my other self imposed limits than high 13's. Okay, my car is very streetable right now, I like it this way, it has only a very slightly lumpy idle at 690. Okay, next goal, I would like to increase the CR to 9.0+ if possible with a smaller combustion chamber. My biggest thing is increasing power though. I have whatever heads come on the Goodwrench 350, they are decent, but not enough for me. Price isn't a big concern, these are going to be a graduation gift. Oh yeah, last thing I'd like to peak power at less than 6k, not sure if this is directly related to heads, but I think it is, and I also think that should be possible with the relatively mild 262.
