Heads or Stealth ram?

Ok, I currently picked up a 355 shortblock for my formula. Now my question is, Should I spend the money on a set of heads, or on the holley stealth ram to replace that tpi? Either way I will have to pick up heads, the heads that are currently on the old engine are crappy 305's, and I dont want those.

So basically my question is, Spend the 600-700 on a nice set of heads and keep the TPI? Or spend the money on the stealth ram and pick up a set of 083 heads to use with it?

Keep in mind money is kinda tight so I cant do heads and intake at the same time. I know the TPI is mostly what restricts the power. How good are the 083 heads stock? I know they are 64cc which is what i want to keep the CR in the 9 range.

Get some aluminum heads first.
I put a HSR on my nearly stock engine with stock heads. The intake port on the stock head is smaller then the stealth ram. .. might create some turbulance.

That being said...
At the track;
Stock heads, cam, intake.
I ran 89mph

Stock heads, cam, and a HSR
89mph.

Buy some heads first.
This was with my L98.

I'd say heads since it's less to rip apart buying heads then intake rather than intake then heads.
