How can I tell my mileage?
How can I tell my mileage?
Have 85 Z28 says 86,450 on the gauge. How can I tell if it's 186,450. My title is a rebuilt and the buyer did not know which on it was. Is there a switch in the gauge when it rolls over.
get a carfax report, might tell u something.

Look at the general condition of the car. Are the pedal pads really worn? Are the bushings getting dry, cracked, rounded out? Does it smoke? Is the oil clean 1500 miles after an oil change? Does it use much oil?
The answers to these question will give you a clue. There is no way that I am aware of it the speedometer does not read into the 100000 mile range...... Unless you have some form of documentation for the car that shows a higher mileage than the 86K....
Have fun
