Bogging/Hesitation with acceleration????

I just noticed a few days ago when i took my car out for a ride because it was sitting for a couple weeks. It has the T-5 transmission. I started it and rev'd it and let it warm up and everything and there was no problem in idle at all. When i pulled out and started going and got on the gas a little bit it started hesitating almost like it wanted to stall until i let almost all the way off the gas. It did it in all gears from 1st to 5th. It doesnt have a problem though i dont think when it is just idling and i give it gas. Im not really sure what the problem is just that a few weeks ago it was running fine without a problem at all and now this. I live in NY too so i dont know if the cold weather might have done something also. Any help would be great. Thanks

I have the LO3 TBI engine. I dont know if my water got in the fuel because of the temprature changes or anything else that it could be.

This has been hapening with my TBI as well. Especially when its cold.
I narrowed it down to ECM or the pump.
Which I bet its the pump.
I am sure its pumping like 7-10psi which is not enough at low RPM but it will kick up higher if you get on it. So, I hope this helps.

I will be replacing my pump within few days (work and film shoots are getting in the way) and the ECM as well. So I'll let you know what happens.

Laters.

sounds good. How much about does it run to replace the ecm and pump if you know. or how difficult would it be to do yourself.

The ecm is a walk in the park. Maybe 20mins. tops.
The pump could be easy, but if I speak of how to do it, many people here would cut my testies off ( ).

The "right" way is to drop your tank down after dropping your suspension.
The "hack" way is to cut an access hole to the pump, cut the lines and change the pump.

The first will take you at least an afternoon (unless you've done it a few times).
The second one maybe an hour or so!

Now I would suggest a bit of troubleshooting before you jump to ECM and pump conclusions.

On my car I tested everything and replaced everything and still I had the same problem. The only thing that I did not replace are the pump and the ECM.

Good luck.
