Crane Energizer cam
Crane Energizer cam
i have a crane energizer cam that is going in my 350 buildup, its grind number is 278H it has a .467" lift with 1.5rockers, it has 228/228* duration at .50, and a 287* advertised duration, some one said that there crane 272H was pretty lopy, i was wonderin what mine would sound like
I have seen both of these cams used in 350 engines, the 272 had a slight lope and the 278 had a definite lope.Of course this is relative to what your opinion of slight and definite happens to be.

I have the 278H in my new 350 ci crate motor
and it seems quite mild (very slight lope at idle). By the way the duration is 222/222*.
