Suburban questions again...

Anyone know of headers that will replace the manifolds on this flying tank? 1988 350 2WD.

I belive JBA makes a direct bolt on header that will bolt up to the exsisting pipes.

JC Whitney carries none, nor does Jegs, Summit says maybe someone makes them, however, they need a part number to special order it for me b/c nothing comes up in their books/comps. Flowtech, hooker, jba, and summit truck headers all fit '92 and later Suburban b/c of something to do with the frame(?). Nothing for an '88. The bloody things are rare as **** around here, and GM wants around $200 a pop for manifolds, and the parts stores are looking for $120 a pop. For that kind of money I'd rather get headers!! One more try.. anyone?Maybe a cheap place to find used or new manifolds w/ AIR that's in MA? (Nothings ever easy eh?)

Try sandersonheaders.com

Don't rely on just what they list, give'em a call.

Do you have emissions testing where you live? If not, call the header manufacturers. I'm sure they make one.
