Down shift vibration....

My question is when I down shift at a high
RPM, 4,000 or more I feel a general vibration
almost feels like it coming from the tranny.
It stops when the RPM's fall below 2,500 or so. I was wandering if anyone else has the same problem...the tranny as far as I know
is a non-world class T-5, with a new energy
susp bushing. But like I sead I don't know
if it is comming from the tranny..
Thanks for any input..
