Idle problem ?

Car: 89 Formula
Engine: 350
Transmission: 700r4
Idle problem ?
the car is a 89 formula 350
just replaced the fuelpump, reg and injectors, ignition control module and IAC
question is when first started the car idles normally ~750rpm in park after driving a little when I let of off the gas the idle doesn't want to come back down is slowly comes down to about 1000rpm
I have checked for vacuum leaks none found I get about 16-18in at idle in park is that normal or have I still not found the leak?

Axle/Gears: '01 3.42 10 bolt
you could still have a leak. i looked for one for a couple of months till i found it at the threeway valve that upplies vacuum to the heater/ac controls. it was a pain in the ***. i used carb cleaner to find it. i also had 17 inches of vacuum at idle while it was happening.
