Could really use some help
Earlier this week I started up my car to move it, then shut it down. A few minutes later I went to start it again, and nothing. All the accesories worked, and I could hear the fuel pump, but no clicking or cranking.
So I check all the fuses, and all of them were good. I took the battery down to autozone to have it tested just in case, but it is good. Then I replaced the starter, since it had been taking longer to turn over, and sometimes it would just click, then do nothing, a few times before it would crank. But it was all to no avail. Finally, I replaced the clutch neutral safety switch. Like I suspected, it didn't help.
I don't know what to do next, any help would be seriously appreciated.

Turn on the dome light and try to start eng. Does the dome light stay on or go out? If it goes out, check/clean battery connections and ground wire connections.
If it stays on and the intensity stays the same, look for bad connections in the start circuit (ign switch, safety switch, starter connection).

Have you tried to start the engine by jumping the terminals on the starter, or at least put a test light or voltmeter on the solenoid wire to verify whether or not it's getting juice when you crank it?
Assuming it has no power, you will need to work backwards from there to find why it has no power. As ZZ28ZZ posted, it's probably something in the start circuit. You could probably search around the forum and find a wiring diagram of the circuit.
This car does not have VATS, correct?

As for VATS:

Thanks for the link and the advice. I need to find a volt meter to test it with, but considering that the starter is brand new, I'm leary to the idea that the problem resides there.
How would I jump it at the starter?
Once again, thanks for the help. My electrical knowledge is a little lacking.

Large terminal on starter hooks to battery cable and fusible links for power. The small terminal with one wire is what actuates the starter. Use a jumper wire to jump them together to see if it cranks (carefully), OR get a test light or voltmeter to see if the small wire is getting 12V when you turn the key to crank.

I can't get an accurate reading of the crappy multimeter have for my key, but if it was a VATS issue, would I get some reading with WinALDL? Code 46?
