Bore a 305 to a 350

Can you bore a 305 to a 350?

if not, why?

Axle/Gears: 3.73 posi with spacer
No the bore size is a much smaller 3.735" and there is not enough wall thickness to bore it out to 4.00"

Even if you had enough wall thickness it would still be cheaper to buy a 350 block than pay for a week of machining lol
