Having a little fun with the 305
So I am putting on true duals with bullet mufflers . Porting the heads . And swapping in a ZZ-4 cam . Phase one . Then in a month or two = phase two = Will be putting on a 1,000 CFM throttle body with a Vic E ( EFI ) intake . Custom tuning of course . Right at the moment the car is on jack stands and the heads , intake , whole exhaust system , and air pump are all off . Heads are being ported . Picking up ZZ-4 cam tomorrow . Will be running a dry shot on the EFI , most likely a 150 . Still got the 400 in the garage , but it is going on hold to be built and forged . So this is fun for now , and it will be interesting to see what I can squeeze out of the 305 .
Forgot to mention the long tube headers .

As for the thread being a problem , well , some will have some opinions on it for sure , but next spring at Gateway will be what I care about . And finally about the carb . Sorry a guy came about a week ago and bought both of them . Had you wanted one of them ? Hope I didn't forget .

I did want one of them, but don't worry about it. I got plenty of carbs anyway.
I guess I should put together my 305 to run you next year.
