hesistation trouble

Hi all,
I have an 86 305 tpi auto and i have been gettin this hesistation when i go from stop, and also when i start to reach speeds of 60-70. After a few seconds of hesistation, it accelerates, or if i push all the way down it will move.

Also i am gettin the engine code for 02 sensor rich.

I checked for vacuum leakes and couldnt find anyting, but it was just a visual check.
I was also thinking it might be spark plug wires

I just wanted some advice before i started replacing things.

Thank you,
Rob

This is usually caused by an air leak after the MAF somewhere. It is possible that your TPS or O2 sensor is bad, but an air leak is the most likely.

I don't think it is the 02 sensor, it was recently replaced. Is there any way to check for an air leak other than just looking and listening?
