Having an issue with 91 Z28.
Alright guys, I've got a 91 Z lb9 auto. The only way I can get her to start is if she is jump started. The starter is good and I had the battery checked it's good as well.
As soon as the battery is connected to another car she turns right over and starts up. It runs fine and then I will come back a day or two later and she won't turn over at all. Now most of the time if it is started and I come back later that day it will start, but not every time.
Maybe a vats issue?
Any help at all is appreciated.

use a volt meter to systematically eliminate problem links as you go down the line with the ignition system. start at the battery, then down to the starter, etc., checking the volts you get as you go. you might have a loose connection somewhere in the system that is not charging the battery correctly and thereby not getting enough juice to start the motor.
