fuel line question ?
When i got my camaro the tpi had already been switched to a carbed setup so I'm not sure how the fuel lines went stock. I'm wondering if I can use the line circled in red or if it is unusable. I want to use it for a dedicated line for nitrous.

If not what is/was that line for?
Also can I tap the main line with a y or t fitting and then hook up my inline fuel pump between the main line y fitting and the nitrous solenoid.

not sure about the fuel pump for the nitrous, but even so if that was a fuel injected carb, i wouldnt have my fuel lines clamped like that, or i'd at least use the correct fuel injection clamps.
the open line is the Vent line for the gas tank to release pressure, usually it's hooked to the black charcoal canister

Not sure what you mean by "fuel injected carb". I'm not using the stock electric fuel pump with my carburetor if thats what your saying. I'm using a 7 psi mechanical pump so the clamps on the fuel line are not a big deal. I do need better clamps on though. Thanks for the info though on the vent tube. I had thought that after I had posted. I guess I'll just use a secondary fuel cell with its own fuel pump. Do I need to have the charcoal canister?

I had to use gear clamps to solve a temporary issue . They don';t hold the fuel preasure . So I would swap them out .

I've had them their since I bought the car and have never had a problem. I do plan on changing them out soon though.
