the main question is why are your plugs fouling? oil or gas?

gas means your idling way too rich, nearly 90% or plug foulings is from idle being way too rich, always run as lean as possible in idle. always. Check your carb after distriguishing idle is not the problem. When the motor is at higher rpm more fuel isn't a bad thing, is will put the excess into the exhaust and it'll burn at idle there isn't enough velocity to shove excess crap out of it.

oil, if the motor is new, what rings did you use, moly rings take nearly 2k miles to fully seat, you will foul plugs for the first 500 max. Cast rings seal nearly immediately.

they are moly rings and the reason for plugs fouling wer cause somehow the distributer got turned and threw timing off and we didnt know and since we kept trying to start it the plugs were flooded w/ fuel and as soon as it did kick over it fryed all 4 plugs on the pass side. it will start now its something with the neutral safety switch i accedently hit it w/ the console while instaling it and screwed the allignemnt for it. thanks for the advice and help though
