Opinions on What i should do to my car?

Ok guys i'am trying to figure out what i want to do to my car. The only things i'm concerned about is that whatever is done must be OEM looking (as if the car could have come out of the factory with it on), be tasteful, and i dont want to go too crazy or get too expensive. Also I don't really want to touch the internals of the engine. I know i can't expect any big numbers without doing so, but i want to keep my 305 intact and untouched internally.

now this stuff might be done over a longer period but im really bored now and would like to develop a "Gameplan" so to speak for the future.

So far I have or am DEFINATELY ordering: (all to be put on in April when my car comes out for spring):
-Proform Black Chevrolet Open Element
-Hooker Catback
-Dynomax Turndown Tailpipes

And here is some stuff i've been considering:
-Hooker 2055 Headers
-Hi Flo Cat
-Edelbrock Strut Tower brace
-Transgo Shift Kit
-Underdrive Pulleys (Either the ASP ones that get full power at 800 RPM or the March Power and Amp ones)
-Maybe some 17 inch wheels (either Ronals or Chrome irocs---dont know how the irocs would look though)
-Some Chip work
-Posi 3.42s or 3.23s

Keep in mind i dont need to go really fast, or get too crazy with my car. I want to keep it forever and i plan to buy a faster car when i graduate from college, so this will be more of a cruiser, fun to drive car. What else would you guys suggest to make a great overall, very stock looking fun camaro??

everything other than the hooker 2055's, and underdrive pulleys sound like a good idea to me..

If i were you i'd look in to the hedman elite ceramic coated line, cheaper and better overall fitment. Plus unlike the hookers they are pretty much bullet proof (14 gauge tubing 3/8 flanges 3in out let so on).Although hooker does probably have a better overall quality, i just don't like there fitment they offer or the pricing.

Might think about some 1.6 rockers for it, that's cheap and has said to make a good improvement, as you know these things had some of the worst cams i've ever seen in a stock engine so adding some lift isn't bad.

headers- SLP
rackers- carane gold 1.6
ignition- msd everything, pro billett dist. 6a box
and if you are getting a chip the best one that ive seen and the one im running now would be a turbo city chip with no speed limiter. it will take a bunch of talking but they will make it for you

those are my opinions

I have the Hooker 2055's and a Hooker cat-back. The 2055's fit my car just fine. I don't have any complaints other than the price ($500-$600 with jet-hot coating).

When I ordered my Hooker cat-back, there were a few different set-ups. One was a lot cheaper than the others and the only difference was how it attached to the cat. I went with the cheapest one and had the muffler shop connect it to the cat. Saved a few bucks on that deal.

I get a lot of compliments abt how the Hooker headers/cat-back sound.

I'd stay away from the underdrive pulleys. More hassles than they are worth.

Some sub-frame connectors are a nice addition to any third gen if you don't already have them.
