first of all I am new to posting on this board but i have been following the posts on this board for quite some time and I would like to add that some of you here here have some real cool cars. well enough *** kissing and back to subject, my car is a 92 z28 5.7 tpi (purple haze original paint) gonna need a new paint job soon and minor body work to the left quarter panel) with 98,000 original miles, only current upgrades to the car are an accel base and ltr which i currently have apart to siamese the base and port match runners, an afpr, lt1 injectors, hedman LT hedders and full exhaust, trans was also rebuilt with fairbanks servo and transgo shift kit. My question is what would be a good cam for my car , I want a noticeable idle ( I love the sound of a lopey cam) and i want the car to be fairly streetable and run at the strip on da weekend. hopefully it will pull to around 5200-5500 rpm after the siamesing.I was thinkin about a lunati voodoo series cam but i am open to any suggestions, cam or cam an lifter kits any suggestions would be great.The car is a work in progress but little by little its gettin faster. car went 14.76 when i jus got it, and went 14.4 when the headers were added( ran open hedders). its got a sh*tload of wheelspin
