The only problem I could see with using those heads on a 305, is the valve size is pretty big considering the small bore of the 305 block. Those heads use 2.02/1.60 valves, which I don't even know will clear the stock 305 bore? Even if they do, an intake valve that big would cause some really bad shrouding problems.
A set of heads thats basically designed with the 305 in mind though, are the 175cc TrickFlow aluminum heads. They use 1.94/1.5 valves, 56cc chambers, and 175cc intake ports. They would probably work better on a 305 than those Darts would, because of the smaller valve size. IIRC, the TFS 175cc heads also outflow the 180cc iron Dart heads anyway, and cost roughly the same.

(TFS-30300005)
$1005.95 at Summit, a little bit more for the sets with better valve springs. Those are for centerbolt valve covers.
(TFS-30300001)
$969.95 at Summit for the same heads for perimiter bolt valve covers.
