ok so i take it my intake gaskets and stuff will be fine, they should be anyway but i think i may have to retap the bolt hole because i remember i torqued all the bolts down and it was all gravy then, but this particular bolt popped out...

ya its jus gone, and the threads are there at the bottom but they are too jacked up top to start another bolt, so i guess i gotta retap it, but is this a big deal?

nah, as long as there's no vacuum leak there, I wouldn't sweat it.

Car: Yes
Engine: Usually
Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
I'd strongly recommend popping the intake off and Heli-Coiling it....
Better now, than after your oil is contaminated by anti-freeze. Which is certain to happen sooner or later; more likely sooner than later.

well i jus did the intake last year and when i did i re tapped all holes to clear gunk out of em... and i noticed thos bolt holes went thru into the block, like you can thru em, so i think im in the clear with leaky coolant and that as of now ive got an unfiltered breather...
