carb. vacuum
im putting in a new carb. this carb has more vacuum ports than my old one. i just wanted to know if they were any side effects to not using some of them or hooking a vacuum to a different port. ie the input for the brake vacuum is odd shaped and it fits better on the one claimed to the pcv valve. Is mixing and matching lines alright or am i going to cause problems for myself

As long as you're using manifold vacuum, full time vacuum even at idle, should be fine for the PCV and brakes from separate fittings on the carb.
