Need Help with car dying

My car starts fine, revs fine, but when you drive after a few minutes it will sputter and cut off and coast. After a few minutes it will let me start and go. It will crank right afterwards but it wont start!!! The coolant boils over too.
Here what i think the problem might be.
Timing?
Spark?
My alternator has no fan, overheating?
My electric fan was wired reversed I just fixed it but have not driven it yet.
I have a fuel pressure gauge but it doesnt seem to be working...
any ideas why when i drive my car after 5 minutes it sputters and dies?

Have you tried getting any codes?Is your check engine light on.?
