Engine: 383 STROKER TPI

Transmission: TH-700-R4

Axle/Gears: 3.23

whats best for my 383 carb or tpi

i need to know what will give me more hp my tpi or convert it over to a edebrock 4 bbrl 650 cfm car with a holley high rise intake manifold what should i do becuz i think it stroker will run better with a carb for what people say around here and alot of strokers around here are carbs and man do the move nothing live me tpi
