THE FORMULA KEEPS DYING!!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!

Tonight I was driving home with my friends in my car and the damn thing keeps shutting down on me. I get her up to 20 mph then dead she goes try to pop the clutch but I dont get any thing. I have to restart her and try to get her home. I dont know what it can be? The car only has 20000 miles on it now and is all original. Im thinking it could etheir be the plugs and wires because like I said every thing is stock. or it could be the fuel filter or possibly the catalytic converter! I dont know what to do so if you guys can help me itd be great thanks

Does it restart just fine right away? If it doesn't and you have to wait a bit before it will start up, it might be your ignition module... They can cut out like that when they go bad. If its not that, it might be something simple like your idle air control motor--try cleaning out the passages in the throttle body if they're carboned up...
