Car: 1992 Camaro RS - not real slow anymore...

Transmission: T5 untill it blows up from to much torque
Axle/Gears: Ford 9" /w auburn pro & 3.89's
flywheel recommendations
SETUP:
350 1 piece rear main seal
probably about 400hp at the engine
I'm running a t5 for now, stock clutch. -Plans for t56 in the future.
GM bowtie high tq mini starter
externally balanced engine (I think, keep reading)
I'm looking for a steel flywheel. This is not a dragcar so this rules out aluminum. Stop lights would be a killer..
So, any recommendations? My stock flywheel which came with the origional 92 305 TBI engine (I swapped it over) is missing a lot of teeth. I also need to know how many teeth the stock 1992 305 TBI flywheel had.
My next question is how would I balance it? Being that I have the scoogin dickey tpi engine and it's externally balanced.... This I am pretty sure of though I may be wrong. Correct me if I am. Any help would be appreciated a long way.
I'm also seeing a lot of these warning on new flywheels:
Performance and SFI-approved flywheels must be used with performance clutch discs only. Use of a stock-style clutch disk with a performance flywheel will often result in insufficient operating clearance between the disc hub and flywheel bolts.
