how do u change lifter

Engine: 355 w/ ported 416s
Transmission: T10, hurst shifter
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt, true-trac, 3.73
remove your carb/fi, and intake manifold. remove your valve covers, back off your rocker arm nuts, remove your pushrods. try using a magnet to lift up the lifter, and pull it out. Or grab it with pliers and yank. soak new ones in oil, moly lube on the bottom.
reset lash and install parts. use break in procedure as if you put in a new cam (good time to do that if you want to

why do you want to replace them? They don't generally "fail" out of nowhere, and are the only thing you have to replace to be good as new, sorta thing.
