Fuel system, ignition malfunction, bad vacuum leak, some EFI sensor gone haywire, the list of possibilities goes on.
Any codes?

If the car is pulling when you hit the brake, its probably a bad brake hose.
If it is pulling when you are going down the road, I would check the front suspension including both wheel bearings. I had one of those go out a few years ago when I was going down the highway! The good news is that I managed to get the car off the road safely, but it was not easy.
If the car ides poorly, I have to agree with Stekman... it could be a list of things. However, in my experience, a dirty IAC sensor will cause erradic idle.
Just my 2 cents.
Best of luck!

It's been a few years since I did mine but it wasn't bad...
From memory...
You will need to jack the car up & remove the wheel.
Then take the grease cap off & pull the retaining pin out.
Once the pin is out, unscrew the big nut (this holds the rotor in place).
You should be able to get to and remove the outer wheel bearing now.
If you want to replace the inner wheel bearing also, after you jack the car up, you will need to unbolt the brake caliper (this will allow you to pull the rotor completely off).
Just make sure when you pack the bearings (with bearing grease), you do a good job! This is very important.
If you have a Haynes manual, they probably cover all this.
If you decide you don't feel comfortable doing this, your local Midas/Meineke may do it for you. Of course, the local GM garage will too for $$$
Hope this helps!
