Whats it mean when your car sounds like a train?

my car overheated on a trip from CA to AZ today and now it sounds like its chugging like a choo choo... normal idle, normal rumble, but sounds like a choo choo train on top of it... and it wont cool off...

A "choo choo train"....I'm sorry, that just made me laugh.

Have you done the basic diagnostics? Visual inspection, compression/leak down test, coolant system pressure test? You may have blowin something out, depending on how long it stayed cooked.

dont have a compression tester, but engine vibrates, timing is dead on, no coolant or oil where it shouldn't be...

nope head gasket in-tact, im thinking burned valve...
