porting problem

Well, I was porting my heads and I've run into a problem. What I'm hating about it is that it's my own fault because instead of going in with the carbide cutter from the port I went in from the valve opening. To make a long story short, I cut into the guide, and did so pretty deep. The question I have is that after looking at these pics, can I just press a guide in and have the flow be good enough for government work or should I just go to the JY and get another head? I included one of the "average" ports I did as well as the one I messed up.

I think you're ok, you can get a new guide pressed in (will probably put all new guides in the heads, since you're reconditioning them all), and just re counter it again.
You'll need to work using the cutter going into the valve opening, not just the port opening. Lots of room for mistakes, here's hoping that's your only one.
