Engine hesitates after headers
I recently installed Hedman Shorty headers. Along with them I installed new plugs and wires. I gapped the plugs to .045 (as stated under the hood). Whenever I give it WOT the car bogs/hesitates then after about a full seconds will get moving. It also feels less responsive at part throttle. What could the problem be? Is the .045 gap to big? Thanks

You've effectively leaned out the mixture. You can crutch it a little by advancing the base timing a bit.
After that, though, you need to richen it up, mainly in the secondaries. Richer rods will most likely help a lot. You also need to adjust the secondary air valve tension - and make sure your choke pull-off is working while you're at it.
