IAC Adjustment engine hot or cold?

Just wondering should the IAC (min. air) be adjusted with the engine hot or cold? Thanks

I'd say it'd be better to adjust it while the engine's at operating temperature. Considering that some motors don't really idle smoothly until they've warmed up.

The minimum idle air rate should be adjusted with the engine at normal operating temperature. Keep in mind that I'm used to working with a 5.7 TPI, but that is still a pretty standard procedure for any engine.

Does not matter but if you are going to adjust your TPS/ idle screw then you will need to have it at operating temp.
