speedometer not working need VSS?

I converted my 92 TBI 305 automatic to a 92 TPI 350 with a manual transmission. What is the correct vehicle speed sensor to buy?

Can some one help me find the correct GM part number. I bought a VSS at AdvanceAutoParts and it doesn't work.

What transmission do you have? Don't forget a messed up VSS signal will also mess up the injector circuit (the ECM needs the right pulse for both the speedometer and the EFI) I used a 1994 F-body T-56 6-Speed and a 1992 ECM, I used a Dakota Digital SGI-5 unit to correct the pulses as the ECM needs to see 4K pulse....it has various hi/lo inputs and outputs. The late model T56 has a 40 pulse per driveshaft revolution VSS signal generator.
This has to get converted to a 4000 pulse per mile signal for your VSS circuits.

I have an 88 t5 transmission with a 92 electronic VSS. As far As I know the pulses are getting to the ecm, but somehow, not to the dash. Also, my oil pressure gauge is pegging from the time I turn the key forward (it used to work with the stock engine harness)

I found in a search that I should check the C100, but I don't know how it SHOULD be pinned.

Also, my engine harness was from a Transam. I have a Camaro.
