RPO codes
I have noticed that the RPO codes are different are every GM car so where are they on 1991 firebirds? Or any thirdgen F-body

yes...thats were my camaro one is...I worked at a pontiac dealer in the early 90s and Im pretty sure they were there in firebirds also...

is it at the bottom of the glove box, cuz when i got my car it had cigarettes in there and old chocolate so im kind of terrified to look at the bottom of it.
