Should a pushrod be able to spin with the rocker installed??

So I installed a set of 1.6 rockers a couple weeks ago. I set the valve lash by setting them to zero lash, giving it a half turn, then setting the poly lock (which is supposed to bring it back to 1/4 turn somehow). I took my manifold off today to swap it, and I noticed I can spin the pushrods with my fingers. They're not spinning freely or anything like that, but it's not difficult to turn them. Is this normal? Should I reset the valve lash? Thanks.

Normal. Don't adjust tighter from your original adjustment. It's just how hydraulic lifters work.
